Introductions + Workshop Overview: Movements for seniors, both individual and in pairs as well as highlighting the special physiological needs of this age.
Lecture on communication touching on the tools available to us in our daily life.

In addition, we will also learn important lessons on communication as a group while handling a tennis ball.
Individual movements against a wall, on a chair and on a mat to release the shoulder blade region, as well as the neck and back, also using accessories such as a tennis ball and overball. We will learn how to use our bodies in a natural way to relieve pain and release stress, and discuss the suitability of these movements to individuals and situations.
Movements in pairs highlighting movements that can suit everyone and open discussion. Followed by encountering the kinesthetic sense (including variation of movements with your eyes shut and at various speeds – fast and slow).
