The MOVEMENT IN TOUCH Workshop will provide you with valuable tools to draw on when coaching a woman’s individual journey through her pregnancy in preparation for birth. The Workshop teaches individual movements to help ease pains and aches brought on by pregnancy, during pregnancy, birthing and post natal periods. Movements involving the assistance of a partner will also be taught as a means to channel opportunities for better communication and increased understanding between couples.
